About Juliette Rice
Experience And Specialties
Hi, my name is Juliette, and I’m a pre-licensed therapist currently working toward becoming a licensed professional therapist. Since earning my Masters degree I’ve had the privilege of working closely with clients under the supervision of licensed clinicians, gaining valuable experience and insight into the therapeutic process.
My passion lies in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults through life's challenges, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, PTSD, and more. I also have extensive experience working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their identity and find the support they need.
My Approach
In my practice, I take a wholistic approach, focusing on understanding the patterns that shape my clients' thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. I believe that recognizing these patterns is key to developing healthy coping strategies and navigating everyday life with resilience and confidence. To achieve this, I integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed care.
I am deeply committed to helping my clients create meaningful change, heal from past wounds, and build lives rooted in self-compassion and empowerment. If you’re looking for a therapist who takes a compassionate, individualized approach to your well-being, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
Outside Of My Work
In my free time, you can find me in Philadelphia, where I live with my two adorable tuxedo cats, Sheila and Edith.
I’m always seeking a new outlet for creativity and enjoy creating art and DIY projects through painting, crafting, and scrapbooking. Music is another huge part of my life—I love attending concerts and discovering new artists.
I’m all about spending quality time with the people I care about. You’ll often find me with friends and family, but most importantly, I try to spend any free moment making memories with my niece and nephew.
